Helping to keep your heart and bones healthy. We have used the optimal clinical dosage for this ingredient 5000iu (125mcg).

Vitamin K2 is a fat soluble vitamin, that helps to regulates normal blood clotting, and is essential for the proper utilisation of calcium. Vitamin K2 also helps to bind calcium to the mineral matrix in your bones. This is dosed at (180mcg).

Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 have been shown to act synergistically together specifically in regards to cardiovascular and bone health.
