BioTechUSA’s Sleep increases melatonin production. Melatonin is a natural hormone regulating sleep, produced by the pineal gland, located in the centre of the brain. Melatonin controls sleepiness at night. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. The vast majority of adults need 6 to 9 hours of sleep at night; both too little and too much sleep can cause tiredness during the day.

DIRECTIONS
Take 2 capsules daily, 1 hour before your bedtime with aglass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
