Ingredients: maltodextrins, microencapsulated live cultures of bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103), fructooligosaccharides (Orafti®), anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; capsule (glazing agent – hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; colour: E 171).

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)      50 mg *CFU – Colony Forming Unit

Recommended use: take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of liquid, with food at best. If you have problems with swallowing, you can open the capsule and dilute its contents in a liquid at the room temperature (e.g. water, milk or fruit juice). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
