1 capsule is to be taken daily for the first 5 days to assess and build tolerance to the Niacin Flush, slowly increasing to the full 5 capsule serving.

High dose niacin cause a flush of the small blood vessels in your skin to dilate so more blood can rush through. The flush includes reddening of the skin accompanied by a burning or itching sensation. Flushing of the face is the most common, but it can also occur in the neck and upper body.
