L-Glycine is an ideal addition to any evening ritual, working synergistically with our Neuro PM or ZMAX. It was developed as a result of Rick’s personal need to optimise his recovery after intense training, and it worked so well he decided to bring it to the market.

SUGGESTED USE: Consume 1-2 servings (4-8g) pre-bed daily. We recommend 300-500ml of water per serving, however, that is mostly down to taste, you may use more or less water if desired. Stacks well with our SupportMax Neuro and ZMAX. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
