INGREDIENTS

Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Gluconate, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Gluconate, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Talc), Stabilizer (Polyvinyl Alcohol), Humectant (Polyethylene Glycol), Sa­ower Powder, Color (Titanium Dioxide), Bulking Agent (Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose).

Directions - Take 1 serving (1 tablet) a day preferably with a meal. Tablets are coated for ease of swallowing.
