Hi Sam Sorry you have had issues with your order. We sent a reply to your email yesterday but when we came in this morning we got a Mailer Daemon bounce back e-mail at after 7pm last night which is strange so im guessing you haven't received the response. We tracked your parcel with parcel force and it was dispatched on time our end however for some reason the parcel has got no further than their hub in Coventry. You should also be able to see that via the tracking details you will have received from parcel force. We are chasing this up for you to solve this as fast as we can with parcel force as like i said we dispatched the parcel on time so the issue is with the courier in terms of the delay. My colleague is also going to forward the initial e-mail response they sent to you and will get this sorted with you via e-mail. Again really sorry for the delay we really hate when delays happen with couriers as we do everything we can in our power to get orders to our customers in the expected delivery windows and obviously looks bad on our service when we have done everything our end and been let down by a courier. .

Hi sorry you are not happy with our service. I have looked into this and your order is still here with us as we haven't been able to dispatch it as you have provided an incomplete address by leaving no house number for delivery. We have sent multiple e-mails to which they just bounce back and we have called and left voice mails to which we have and no response or any other form of contact from you prior to this. Hi Sorry you are not happy with our service. I have had a look at your order and can see you didn't receive your order as you weren't for two delivery attempts with our courier even though all tracking details were provided. As stated in our terms and conditions which were ticked to say you read and understood. It its the customers responsibility to be present for all delivery attempts. As you missed two delivery attempts the order was returned to us so as per our terms and conditions you have been refunded minus the sum of £12.50 for the cost of the return which are the fees occurred to us by the courier.

Hi Thank you for your review and sorry you haven't been happy with our service. I have looked into your order and it was dispatched on time on our express service. The ESTIMATED delivery was the 31st of October which is estimated as stated on our website not guaranteed as we don't offer guaranteed delivery dates only an estimated date by the service chosen. We use the estimated dates to give customers a rough idea of the different delivery options we offer. We did reply to your e-mail and stated this so not sure why you have stated you got no reply. I can see your order didn't quite get to you by the estimated date which we are sorry about but as stated its an estimated delivery date. The order got to you the very next working day from the estimated delivery date. As we stated we see the delivery date within a reasonable time scale of the estimated delivery and we did everything within our power in terms of dispatch so we see that as sufficient for the chosen delivery service. Sorry we couldn't be of more assistance in this matter but can see you have received your order with no issues only the next working day after the estimated delivery date which we see as sufficient and if you had of opted for the free delivery option your goods still wouldn't have been with you as the estimated delivery for that service would have been the 7th of November so tomorrow so you have received the service you have paid for.
