Magnesium is the main ingredient in Zinc Matrix. Magnesium is the second most abundant element within the body and forms building blocks which make up our tissues and bodily fluids. Zinc is the second ingredient, which is important in maintaining normal protein synthesis as well as normal metabolism of macronutrient's and fatty acids.

Finally, we add copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

INGREDIENTS

In a two-piece Gelatin capsule (Gelatin, Iron Oxide): Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc Bisglycinate, Magnesium Stearate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Copper Bisglycinate, Sodium Borate, Silicon Dioxide.

May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and/or milk.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take four capsules daily before bed.

This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of young children.

Actualy does more than you think,Great Bridging product as the ingredience are said to optimize the bodys natural hormone levels .In the past i thought all (ZMA )type products were a waste of time But now wanting something milder and doing a bit of reading up, thought i'd give it a go.Was realy suprised and had to read the labal again in case there was something i missed on the list of ingridience .Always new REFLEX had agreat range of products never tried this until recently,Would definatley recommed this product for any male getting on in years ,but anyone under mid twentys should'nt need it.Their test levels are already sky high. (Committed strength trianer ).
