HOW TO USE

Consume 1–2 servings daily, ideally straight after training.

Mix 30g (around one heaped scoop) with 150–200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Adjust the liquid to reach your preferred consistency.

Once mixed, drink immediately. For accuracy, we recommend weighing rather than relying on the scoop.
