Ingredients: 47% whey protein concentrate (from milk), buttermilk powder (from milk), maltodextrins, flavourings, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy).

Recommended use: take 1-3 portions a day. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (30 g of powder = ¾ scoop) in 150 ml1 of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation.

To adjust the taste intensity to individual preferences dissolve in 150-200 ml of water.
