Dosage

Recommended use: 1 ampoule (25 ml) once a day, 30 minutes before training. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Warning: L-CARNITINE+CAFFEINE EXTREME SHOT™ contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 125 mg/ portion = 1 ampoule). The product should not be taken during breastfeeding and by people with heart conditions or hypertension, as well as in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g.: other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee).
