Ingredients:

37% conjugated linoleic acid CLA, 14,8% green tea extract, soybean oil, 7,4% L-carnitine, capsule (gelatine, glycerin, water, colour: E 172).

Directions For CLA with Green Tea plus L-Carnitine: Take 1-2 capsules two times daily - after breakfast and approximately 30 min. before physical activity.
