Directions

Add 30g (1 heaped scoop) of NXT Pure Whey to 150ml of water or milk and shake well. As a protein supplement take 1 – 3 servings of Pure Whey Deluxe split throughout the day. On training days take 1 serving before and 1 serving directly after exercise.
