Pro Mass gives you a controlled and repeatable way to increase your intake without forcing down another full meal. Depending on flavour, each 200g serving delivers 751–759 kcal, 32–35g of protein and 144–151g of carbohydrates, making it easy to add a meaningful block of nutrition around the meals already in your plan.

The formula combines maltodextrin, fructose and cyclic dextrin with a blend of whey and milk proteins. DigeZyme® digestive enzymes and LactoSpore® are also included, alongside a broad range of added vitamins and minerals. Take the full serving when your intake needs a substantial push, or adjust the amount to match the calories and carbohydrates you still need to hit.
