Recommended use

I use this during all of my workouts. I ran out last week and trained 2 days without it. I felt really sore so would say this really helps reduce DOMS. It tastes really good which is important to me. Fruit punch is my favourite. I accidentally ordered Blue Raz this time so we'll see how that goes. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a great tasting good quality BCAA.
