Palatinose™ (Isomaltulose), Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (Milk, Soya), Oat Flour (Gluten), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk, Soya), Milk Protein Concentrate (Milk), Salted Caramel Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions

Mix 2 scoops (80g) to water or milk 20 to 30 minutes post-workout.
