Each serving of BCAA 6K capsules provides 6000mg of BCAA's, and can be taken throughout the day, or before/after a workout. BCAA 6K capsules can be taken by active individuals and are suitable for anyone taking part in intense training.

The addition of advanced, highly bio-available form of Vitamins B6 & B12 to the BCAA 6K complex which contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested Use

Take 1 serving (10 capsules) daily with water anytime you want additional BCAA’s. Common times include pre and post training. Take 1-2 servings daily.
