Ingredients
Protein blend (whey protein concentrate (milk), skimmed milk powder, whey protein isolate (milk), egg white powder, oat flour, sunflower oil powder, dextrose monohydrate, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), sucralose (sweetener), xanthan gum (thickener), flavouring, sodium chloride.
USAGE
Mix 3 level scoops (50g) with 75ml of milk or water
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, add the mixture to the pan in 2 pancakes and cook on both sides until brown
Serve with your favourite toppings.
