Recommend Use
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (1 scoop) in a fasted state with 300-500ml of water. Once tolerance has been assessed two servings (2 scoops) maybe take in a fasted state with 300-500ml of water. Do not exceed two servings in 24 hours.
