Take one serving (2 capsules) first thing in the morning (with water, on an empty stomach, before breakfast) or 30 minutes before training. Take a second serving (2 capsules) 30 minutes before lunch (or prior to training) with water.Don't use after 5pm, and never exceed 4 capsules per day.To assess initial tolerance, half the serving size for the first seven days.
