DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recommended use: take 1-4 portions a day – during breakfast, during dinner, after training and approximately 1 hour before sleep. Add 1 portion (50 g – 170 measuring units = 4 scoops or 8 flat tablespoons) to °100 ml of water. Not suitable for diabetics. Keep out of reach of children.
