We outlined Grapeseed extract, Milk Thistle and Saw Palmetto to work in conjunction with a Zinc and Magnesium power stack to ensure optimum health and strength. Directions for use: Use 2 capsules of PhD catalyst™ daily. Use 1 capsule with breakfast and the second capsule with either the post workout meal, or with the evening meal. On non-training days, simply use 1 capsule with breakfast and the second capsule with the evening meal.
